Returns

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition and packaging

• Unused and unopened

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

 

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.
